Ruling Question about cards available to use--

I'm planning on making a deck based on some of the EX booster packs like,
EX Holon Phantoms, etc.

And are these allowed to be used along with the newer Diamond and Pearl TCG packs in official tournaments, or any other competitive plays? If so..How long do you think this will stay in effect so that I have enough time to build my deck.

You can use all cards from HP onwards, the set will be rotated out after worlds, which is in August.

Ok, but once worlds comes out, will I be able to use the Diamond and Pearl TCGs that are out now, as well?

For now, you can use HP and newer.

Predicted is that after worlds, you can only use DP and later.
