Question about SW Ampharos (Non holo?)

So I definitely got a card in a trade that's a non-holo version of Ampharos from Secret Wonders. Everything looks legitimate and the same as the holo version except it's not holographic or reverse holographic. Have I been scammed, is this an error card, what's going on here?

This ampharos has come from a starter deck, where there is always a rare that is not foil.

EG:

Eletivire starter : ampharos non holo
Magmortor starter : Venasusaur non holo
