okay this has been bugging me for years and I keep forgetting to ask about it... but now I have the chance... so anyways, here is the card and the following question:
Because Miltank's attack has 20 base after the name of the attack, does it automatically do 20? For example, if I flip the coin and it lands on heads right away, then will it do 40 damage? Or does this first heads count as the 20 damage? I know there are several pokemon cards like this Here is another one:
Another scenario, what happens if your first coin flip lands on tails? does the attack do nothing at all? or will it still do the stated base damage?
