I heard Flariados was a stall deck, and I'm looking at Ariados's second attack for that aspect.

Was there something particular that made this so it didn't lose to Warp Point or switching effects very badly? Did that matter at all, and if not, why?

Flariados was more oriented towards hitting 100 for 1..using the second atk and flareons power...the stall aspect was only an addition...
 
Eh, alright. Like current Magmortar Leafeon, then. In that case, I don't understand the stall aspect very well other than relying on coin flips for sleep.
