Ruling Question re Celebi EX's Time Recall Ability

Assume I have an active Hydreigon (ND) that evolved from a Zweilous (DrX). The Hydreigon is a D type Pokémon and the Zweilous is a Dragon type Pokémon. If I also have a Celebi EX on my bench and wish to use its Time Recall Ability to attack with Zweilous, does the attack originate from the Dark (Hydreigon) or Dragon (Zweilous) type Poké should I wish to inflict 2X damage onto the defending Poké? Thanks.

The Pokemon actually using the attack (Hydreigon) is a Dark-type, so apply Weakness and Resistance as for a Dark-type Pokemon.

It's the same thing with Mew-EX - no matter what attack it copies, always apply Weakness and Resistance as for a Psychic-type Pokemon, since Mew-EX is Psychic.
