Can you tell me, please, if Promo Krookodile Ex XY 25 could be played after rotation? I think that this card is playable with Mega Tyranitar Ex.

All XY-on cards will be playable for the 2015-16 rotation. So to answer the question 'can it be played,' yes.
In my opinion, I think there are better options to pair with Mega Tyranitar EX. For example, Crobat/Foretress for damage spreading, or Yveltal/Yveltal-EX for major damage stacking. The mega is already doing a ton of damage, where as Krookodile EX is doing very little in comparison.

Thank you for your answer, Elbow. I´ll try to play M Tyranitar Ex with Crobat. But I have also another idea: 4-3 M Tyranitar Ex, 1x Hoopa Ex, 1x Shaymin Ex, 4x Absol, 2x Sabley ...
