Ruling Questions: Regigigas EX, Rescue Scarf, and Portrait

I have Three Questions.

1. My regigigas EX is active and has a evolvilute attached and attacks with his first attack giga power. I choose to do the extra 20 damage do I still take the damage due to evolvilute?

2. Ditto gets placed under my solosis and then can be immediatly rare candied into reuniclus correct? and then if reuniclus dies with a rescue scarf does ditto go to my hand as well?

3. Smeargle COL is active and i choose to look at my oppenets hand and there is a supporter there but I do not like it. Do I have to use it?

Could you explain where to get the scans from and how? I Do not understand...

1. You do not take the damage. Eviolite reduces all damage from attacks done to basics by 20.

2. As long as ditto has been in play for a full turn then you may rare candy to a stage 2 or evolve to a stage one. As for the second part. I would say yes ditto goes back to the hand. But atm I am limited on checking exact wordings on cards. So either I or another professor will give a definite answer later.
3. If your opponent reveals a supporter that you can play with no problems then yes you must play it. If the only supporter revealed is something like twins, where a certain condition must be met before you can play it, then if you meet that condition you must choose it. If you can't meet the condition then you can't choose that card.
