Can you get a basic lv.x (darkrai, cress, etc.) using rosanes
No you can't because when those cards are in the deck they are just a Pokemon. You can't get them if the card specifies to get a basic or evolution. While on the field, however, they count as basic Pokemon because that is what they leveled up from. Bebe's Search can retrieve them because it doesn't specify if it has to be a basic or evolution; just a Pokemon. Another example where it specifies is with Professor Elm's Training Method (don't worry about this one it's not in the format). This supporter specifies evolutions only, so it can't get a Lv.X. Another older card is Celio's Network. Even though it does say Basic or Evolution it is like this because Lv.X Pokemon weren't out by then. Although it says that cards that say 'Basic or Evolution' are now considered as just 'Pokemon'.
