Ruling Quick question

Hey guys I wanted to play arbok with weezing maybe, but I'm having a problem. I might be getting confused with a different card game, but I could have sworn there was a card that between turns put damage on both you and your opponent's active pokemon. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? BTW it's a power/body i'm looking for.

If not, does anyone know a good way to put damage on both or just the defending pokemon in between turns? It would have to be a power or something because I was planning on using Arbok possibly. I guess poisen would be nice.

My strategy is trying to put tons of damage on the opponent in between turns. I figure after toxic and whatever else like weezing's body or something, maybe I could have 40-50 on the defending pokemon just between turns. That would be alot of damage by the time it's my turn again. ANY HELP WOULD BE NICE!
 
Pokes that put damage with power:
Zapdos MD: flippy but hits every poke of your opponent.
Ampharos SW: 10 to each of your opponents when he plays a suporter.
Raikou SW: 10 to one of your opponent when you attach an energy to it.
Jolteon* (star) PK: put it from your hand an damage for 10 both active and defending.
Aerodactyl MD: 20 to a pokemon of your opponent that uses a pokepower.

Among the others already said, check out Flygon(SW) and Flygon ex (DF). I'm sure there are other cards, but they're not coming to mind right now. Try searching here.
