Pretty easy to understand strategy with this one. Not sure how to balance the trainers/supporters for during the late game or to get the item lock going easier. Want to make room for shiiontic line but dont know what to take out

So when Sun and Moon base dropped, many were eager to test Decidueye/Plume and it soon became infamous and known throughout the meta as the best deck. But everything changed when Garbodor became tourney legal (And also the fire nation attacked). Garbodor is now, hands-down, the best deck in the format, and only becomes stronger with cards like Drampa-GX. So what I am leading up to is that the meta has shifted, and while Decidu/Plume is still a strong deck, it will often be outspeed and outclassed by decks such as Garb and Volcanion. Volcanion is a very simple deck that can kill very fast, and do so without relying on too many items so Plume is a 3-Retreat paperweight. So if you already have what is needed to make this deck, then awesome! Have fun inducing salty tears to those that play item heavy decks and get stuck having nightmares of Vileplume stalking them in dark alley-ways at night. However, if you intend to use this in a more competitive setting, like a tournament, you will run into some major problems (Oh, and Wobbuffet;))

You need Float Stone in this deck to give to Oddish/Gloom before it evolves straight into Vileplume. A 3 energy retreat cost isn't fun. In the event that a Float Stone Vileplume gets Lysandred up front, you can just retreat it.
