1) Texas, United States
2) trade overseas: not likely unless the other party wants to pay for shipping; I prefer to trade within United States
3) cards, especially rare and holos, are mint unless otherwise specified. I treat rares and holos with kids glove. I always play my cards in a black Ultra Pro sleeve. I rarely mistreat my cards.. if the cards are not mint, it's probably safe to assume that I traded for that card in a big package.
4) please tell me if it is not mint.
5) Outrageously stupid offer will be ignore and I will not give you a response.
6) I always put my rares and holos in black ultra pro deck protector sleeve; they remain in their sleeve even if I put them in a binder sheet. the rest of the cards are put in a binder sheet. I do have hard plastic toploaders or sleeves from all the time I bought cards back in the day. I prefer cards in a sleeve. bubble wrapping is not neccessary unless there are holos cards in a package.
7) When we exchange addresses, the deal is final.
