i agree with your suggestion about sky field, don't know why i didn't put it instead of rough seas lmao

i don't really agree with anything else, 4 raichu is a must since you don't really have another attacker other than raikou. it makes it more consistent.

replacing jolteon with regirock doesn't really seem that great to me. you can't attack with it. jolteon is more of a counter for decks like turbo dark or volcanion/turtonator which are extremely good & popular in the format right now.

you want 4 juniper in this deck. it's consistent, it allows to discard lightning energy, 4 is also a must.
