hi guys, i'm participating in an expanded tournament near me soon and i'm trying to revise my my raikou eels accordingly. help will be appreciated. the expanded format near my place has a lot of seismitina so keep that in mind.

I think you should add a Tauros-GX
 
I recommend upping to x4 Ultra ball.
and adding x4 Level ball.
you need to get the Eels out as soon as you can.
be careful of a Garbodor or Hex Maniac locking your abilities...
