Alright, Everyone knows how eels work. Anyways this deck gives you a bunch of flexibility and actually i call it "switcheels". so I run rayquaza-ex and raikou-ex as the main pokemon. They both have a retreat cost of one and with skyarrow its free which allows me to normally dynamoter for 2 {L} and then free retreat for a pokemon that can attack hard that turn (dragon burst for 120 and volt bolt for 100 [flipen amazing sniper] assuming i have a fire energy attached to both pokemon [the {R} on raikou is so i only have to discard 2 {L} and then just dynamoter for them again next round]). non-ex rayquaza is to counter sigilyph and some other pokemon without giving up 2 prize cards.

Most of my item cards are standard but some may need some explination. The switches are so i can double retreat (ex: free retreat rayquaza. dynamoter 2 {L} onto him. switch him back in [normally to counter a dragon pokemon]) or for a non-ex rayquaza or my eels so i don't have to pay for them. The super scoop-ups are for the same reason or to pick up a highly damaged cards to avoid KO. The energy switch is for some extra power or some quick moving. This is mainly used to get Rayquaza ex dragon burst to 180 or to move a {R} to a different pokemon before the other is KO'd.

So yeah that's how this deck works. I've had so great play with it. it almost always beats a zekeels/ any eels deck and does great against hydregigon/darkrai or garchomp/alt because of its great sniping ability.

Again if you have any feed back or suggestions they are appreciated :D

EDIT 5/18/2013: I haven't updated this deck since DE came out, I'm just looking for some more input or advice that anyone would like to add because of the PS, and PF. Thanks =D

RE: Rayikeels

You should definately play 4 N, as it doesn't really hurt you with Eelektrik on your bench.

RE: Rayikeels

I like that. I tried it out and it was a nice change.

I just ran into something though. Should I take out a raikou for a tornados ex so I can counter terrakion ex and landorus ex

RE: Rayikeels

yes take out raikou for tornadus. you need more supporters, at LEAST 4 N and 4 Juniper

-2 Raikou
-3 Energy Switch
-1 Skyarrow Bridge
-2 Super Scoop Up

+1 Random Receiver
+1 Switch
+1 Lvl Ball
+2 Tool scrapper
+1 Gold Potion
+2 Max Potion

Your trainers are all over the place and 1 Raikou is better then 3 lol

Take out the drv ray and use zekrom since nobody really plays eels anymore it will do you much more (one shotting Lugia and Tornadus)
