Collecting Rainbow Decidueye Misprint

i played TCG when i was a kid and my son is playing it now.
I noticed that he has an Rainbow Decidueye that doens't have a Grass logo next to its HP.

is this a common misprint?

how do i post a picture that ain't online.
i just want to add a picture, is that possible?
cause if i want to add an image it only asks for an URL

Unfortunately not, you'd have to upload the picture to another site (like Imgur or DeviantART or whatevs) and then insert the image here using the URL
