The problem with Jolteon is that even though Mewtwo ex can't OHKO it, is that just about every other commonly played card can. And when it is on your bench, it is a free prize with a catcher. You also need WAY more supporters. This is what I would do:
- eevee (how many do you run?)
-2 Jolteon (explained above)
-1 zekrom ex (easy 2 prizes for almost any fighting pokemon, also inferior to regular zekrom
-1 zekrom (3 is unnecessary)
-2 plus power (to make room for more important cards)
-1 switch (you will have skyarrow)

+2 thundurus (just a good all around card, also gets energy into the discard pile)
+1 PONT
+1 catcher (2 is not enough)
+2 skyarrow bridge (good for raikou and smeargle)
+2 dual ball (good way to get your basics out)

How many eevee and smeargle are you running? Since I don't know I may have added the wrong number of cards

Sorry didn't see that I'm running 1 Smeargle and 2 Eevees...and I see what you mean about Jolteon. From what Ive played I did get the feeling that Zek EX and the 3rd Reg Zek weren't needed and I agree that with you that with more SAB I could make room by dropping 1 switch. Im a little undecided about dropping 2 Plus Powers because so far they've come in real handy even with the 4 Junk arms.

Actually....Maybe 2 SAB's is enough

but you should add more supporters. Another N would be good. Also I would add 1-2 mew two to counter other mewtwos and a tornados ex to counter fighting decks

I've pooled with a friend of mine I jumped back in for the start of Next Destinies and he Jumped back in a little before Dark Explorers. So while we have a good bit of good cards between us we're still in the process of acquiring more cards. I appreciate all the help Thank you.

What do you think about regular Tornadus, Tyrogue, Zapdos, and Regigigas EX?

Jolteon isn't needed IMO. It takes up more room than others plus is a stage 1 so I'd much rather use another discarded, such as thundurus for example. Try
-1 zekrom EX (isn't that needed because it needs 4 energies for its second attack plus is an EX so if it is kOd your opponent takes 2 prizes. And with many terrakion around, it is risky.)
-1 zekrom (2 works fine)
-2-2 jolteon (explained already)
-1 plus power (2 really is enough)

+1 juniper (good supporter and is good for discarding)
+1 N (good for disruption and hand refreshment) or a thundurus for discarding
+1 mewtwo (1 could be good as a counter) or something else such as tornadus as a counter
+1 catcher (3 is needed and is really useful)
+1 tornadus EX (counter to terrakion)
+2 dual ball (for consistency)

I made some changes and play tested and a coupletimes against a CMT and Kyurem/Kyurem EX and I kept running into my eels being catchered and killed off leaving me with all these attackers that discard. I jsut got home so im making changes to the deck and see what you guys think and how they work. I have a tournament coming up saturday so I'd like to play test some tomorrow *Crosses Fingers*

Catchers are the bane of any eels... you'd need to be able to switch them back before they die, or just keep killing off thier charged up guys first. I always have at least 2 switches in my deck due to the catcher craze/
