Rare Candy can be found in EX Emerald & EX Holon Phantom...
Well, if you are going to use them, then i think it's worth hunting for them...
guess what i bought a holon phantoms booster and got a rare candy.....happy lah so it is worth for hunting as it helps a lot of players in dangerous situation

Heh, well apparently I live in the same country as mr Gardevoir here, so that'd be the Netherlands. And no, Emerald isn't well available either.
And I agree, there isn't anything dangerous about that. It just requires you to wait sum moar turns, so you might lose the game. But who cares?

Lots of people have extra Rare Candies. You're better of trying to snag them up from them rather as trying to get them from packs.
Holon Phantoms is available here and there tho, at least better as Emerald. So you're better off getting HP, specially due to EM probably being rotated out.
