$400 for that raichu (prerelease) if it exists...

Try $10,000+. I'd estimate 25-30, and maybe 50+ if it was PSA 9 or 10 material. I'd bid up to at least 7500 if it was authenticated by some professional group.

Either my Original Wizards Surfing Pikachu, my Real World's Giratina, or my Tyranitar ex UF would be my rarest card.

The WOTC Surfing Pikachu promo is worth > $5. I'll sell you 50+ of them for $2 each if you're interested.

Its a Base set Raichu prerelease. Story is they went in the maachine when printing Jungle Clefable prereleases.

Huh...rarest card...
I'm honestly not too sure on that. I don't know all the specifics in rarity and everything.
But a card I have never seen or even heard of until I was given it by my friend is
Professor Elm Best of Promo.
I haven't all that many promo cards, but thats one of them (now I expect to be told there's thousands of them lying around and its not worth all that much)

I believe my friend had some first edition base cards holo and 1st edition raichu from team rocket set. He said he was going to give them to me one of these days.
