Why Blissey?

Because my area isn't hot on Rampardos. Machamp is still being played, but is dying. Dialga G Lv.X doesn't do a thing to Blissey (Poke Body wise) and Blissey can do about 10-20 more damage each turn with healing from Blissey PL.
