Looks good, but a little plain. It's centered and the links are nice too. So in summary 8/10
 
6/10, it would be so much cuter if it was anything but Pikachu.
 
*clears throat* The picture is not shown fully. It's hard to read what it says. The links shouldn't be so spaced out, but them next to each other separating them using: - | \ ~ or anything else you can make work. Then you can see the banner. But seeing it so far it's rather bland. Spice it off using more creative images. The background shouldn't be a blue, more like a fiery red or a volcano red or even a sunset orange. The text should be a black and possibly a different font. The background of the text should be the same as the background of the banner. Meaning it should be with the banner not separate. Add some cooler images instead of shiny Charizards, like some better images with shiny Charizards. The it'd be better. 3/10

8/10. I think it's really, really cute. If it were Piplup that would be a 10, though.
 
1/10, just like you, my opinion is the judge of everything.

I mean let's not even rate it for the fact that it's well organized, let's rate it with a low grade because of your opinion. :>

The sig doesn't match up with your avvy. Not to mention there isn't any sort of border, making it look poorly made.
