Strategy
quickly set up raticate and swellow
Plusle : if you start with it you only have to search minum and make a really fast setup
there are two options of attack
raticate + HTL =OHKO if the opponents plays MAX potion
raticate + swellow= keep at least 3 pokemons with only 1 damage counter remaining then minum and electric shower : KO
 
I'm going to test this out. Toxicate deck is one of my favourites.
 
I'm assuming Raticate BCD and Swellow XY. This deck has a lot of issues, namely really low HP. Plus, Super Fang costs 3 energy or 1 DCE + 1 energy, which isn't the easiest to setup (that's minimum 2 turns per Raticate).
