RE: RayEels

I know very little about Rayeels so this pay be a pointless post. It seems to me that you have a lot going on with your Pokémon lines. I would go for the focus more on the rayquaza.

I like playing RayEels decks, so here's some stuff I would recommend, although this is mainly according to how I feel the deck should go:
Take away both Emolgas and the Zekrom. You should easily get out multiple Tynamos within the first two turns with your Trainer line, since it's pretty much what I'd use too, apart from an extra switch (I'll get to that later). Instead, you should add 1 Rayquaza DV ,like the guy above said, and sometimes try use its first attack to hit for 40. Other options include Celestial Roar or Thunder Wave from Tynamo NV38, which you should replace your current Tynamos with. Gives pain to decks retreat struggling decks. You should add another Switch since you run Keldeo EX, like the guy above said too. I'm sure you know this, but getting turn two two Rayquaza EXs with fire energies and 3+ Eels with lightnings in the discard with skyarrow makes this deck unstoppable. Energy line is pretty good. Final thing, you can probably live with two Rayquaza EXs if you need space.

This is all just in my opinion, also I recommend watching out for Landorus decks above the two you mentioned.

I hope this will help you http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/thread-weekly-breakdown-week-2-rayeels

It is a breakdown of the deck which I made last week! You might find some info on the deck there! :)

-1 Keldeo
-1 Raikou
-1 Zekrom
+1 Emolga
+1 Shiny Rayquaza
-3 Bianca
+3 Colress
+1 Energy Retrieval
-1 Level Ball
+1 Ultra Ball
+1 Switch
-1 L energy

Keldeo and the other pokes i dropped make your list inconsistent. Keldeo is too tough to fit into a Rayeels deck. You should focus on getting emolga into your active on T1 to get you your tynamos out. Then you can focus your level balls and ultras on geting Ray and your Eels out to start loading up.

Colress is a much better fit into this deck than bianca since you will have alot of pokes on the bench. Maybe you can mix Colress and bianca together. You need more switch as well to switch and load your Ray EX. Energy Retrieval should be used mid game after you have some F energy in the discard.

This is how I play my deck and saw someone run the same line at Regionals. He made top cut by doing this and running through Keldeo decks since it has a faster setup (which is the main way to win in todays format).

try it if you want

3 Rayquaza EX (BWP 47)
4 Tynamo (DE 45)
4 Eelektrik (NV 40)
1 Raikou EX (DE 38)
1 Mewtwo EX (BWP 45)

I guess you don't play in a format with any sigilyph? But the rest of you're build is okay, I just don't get the use behind running only 1 super rod but I agree with baby Bi
I honestly don't like this card that much
taken form the first line of his break down of eels, it's slow and in my case does not appropriate an auto ohko (which in my mind is the basis of running eels)

since he's doing it, why not.

I should warn people that I "do not" use orthodox deck building styles when I run my decklists, just because they work for you and a bunch of other players, they sure as hell do not work for me, plus I haven't lost to to many people with this decklist so it's not like it matters (I do expect alot of people to troll me for my decklist but whatever, I take down tier 1 decklists with this deck so it's not like it matters).

3 rayEX
2 mewtwoEX
1 zekrom
4-4 dynamotor

5 fire
8 electric

4 catcher
4 switch (kind of want a scramble switch eventually it's not exactly all that important though
2 level ball
4 ultra ball
3 super rod
3 max potion
2 N
3 juniper
4 cheren
2 RR
1 tool scrapper

I troll keldeo, darkrai is like a little puppy dog, lando is 50/50, and I haven't had to much of a problem against virbank + HTL yet but there might be some better built decks using those cards in the future.
