I'd cut a Level Ball for the 4th Eel (You need it, trust me), the Random Receivers for a 2nd Super Rod and a Ditto, perhaps a Zekrom for a Benchtini.

Also, I'd cut the HTLs (I know, shocking) and the Victory Cup (Just have it in a different colored sleeve next to the area, don't hurt your deck just to show it off) to put in some switches. If at all possible, I'd add in a Keldeo EX, it helps so much more than you could imagine (Maybe cut a lightning or the 2nd Zekrom).
