It plays exactly like blastoise. Get Emboar into play and start getting OHKOs on EXs with Rayquaza.

why 4 Tepig but only 3 Emboar? You'd hate to wind up with a dud Tepig or Rare Candy.

the 4th is to have another chance of getting it in play if one gets taken out due to early pressure.

• I'd suggest you consider swapping 2 of the Float Stones for Switch. It seems to me that many players are running Tool Scrapper; so, you may not get to use the Stones as often as you'd like. Secondly, a FS can't save your active Poké if it is asleep or paralyzed.
• I've found running 1 Exeggcute (Propagation) in my stage 2 decks to be very useful. It can be used and reused as discard material for Ultra Ball, Computer Search, etc.
• You may want to include a Stadium too. Quite a few Team Plasma deck players play Frozen City which would inflict quite a bit of damage on your Poké since you currently have no counter-Stadium.

Lastly, why have you not included Reshiram (Outrage)? I found it to be the preferred starter for my deck since it will probably not be donked and has decent attacks.

i see some of your points, i'll playtest a bit more, see where i get, and post some changes.
