Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

Posts MUST be more than one sentence long with proper grammar and spelling or they will be deleted.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).

Has a decent 100 hp, but with it's weakness to C, it is an easy OHKO from an even an earthquake from Garchomp C. Resistance dosn't help, since this shouldn't be facing Donphan Prime (The only viable Fighting type, besides Machamp SF, which is auto KO against this anyway). 2 retreat is sorta hefty for something that isn't a great card in the first place.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.

Inferno Spear takes 2 F and 2 E energy, which takes 4 turns to fully set up, not using energy transfer cards. And for 100, this isn't viable nor worth it to even bother trying to attack anything in the current format.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?

I see no good combo's for this to be used with.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?

Unown Q, to help with the retreat. An opposing Garchomp C X for a faster kill against any opposing C types.

5. How's the artwork?

AMAZING. I've owned one of these, and the art is incredible if your holding it in your hand

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

I give it a 2/5. 2 because it CAN be used in the format, but not for much. Also, the artwork is amazing for this, especially the background.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
100 HP, Col weakness, Fighting Resistance, 2 Retreat cost. The only thing good about it is the 100 HP. Col weakness really hurts it.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Only one attack - Inferno Spear, which costs RRLL and causes Rayquaza to lose one of each. It does 100 damage, yes, but there are other attacks out there.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
A combination of Typhlosion Prime and/or Magnezone Prime, to keep reattaching the energy. It does cause 20 damage to Ray each turn, but only 10 if just one is used. Either way, it lets you use Inferno Spear every turn.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
I dunno, Snowpoint Temple? Maybe Exploud SV?
5. How's the artwork?
'tis good. Could be better, but black Rayquazas are far too awesome.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
2/5. Seriously, that Colorless weakness and costly attack will be the death of it. Good looking in a binder though.

1. 100 HP is nice for a basic Pokemon. The Weakness hurts due to Luxchomp, Resistance helps against Donphan Prime and Machamp Prime. The Retreat cost could be worse. This is actually one of the two best Shinys in COL (the other being Deoxys.)
2. 100 damage can't really Knock Out anything, and it only does 25 damage per Energy, but it's nice to build up on your Bench and unleash when the time is right.
3. There are no real combos, but you could use it in decks with Entei & Raikou LEGEND.
4.Expert Belt!!
5.Nothing special, but it's not bad. 4/5
6. 3.5/5 It has some potential. This card would've been incredible 10 years ago. It's still good now, just not as good.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Rayquaza has a nice HP of 100 for an un-evolving basic. Its weakness *shivers*. The resistance is great, but still watch out for the OHKO Machamp. The Retreat Cost is a bit big.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
It has a lone attack, Inferno Spear. For {R}{R}{L}{L} you get an OK 100 damage, but you have to discard a {R} and {L} energy. Its not that great, really.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
You're going to want to use Leafeon LA/Leafeon Lv. X to attach energy quickly.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Heatran Lv.X, Typhlosion Prime, and Rayquaza LA will do.
5. How's the artwork?
5/5.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
2/5. Damage is bad, Weakness is bad, Resistance is good, Ret. Cost is bad.

@TheDragon: Heatran LV.X won't work. Rayquaza is {C} type. Heat Wave Poke-Power only applies to {R} or {M} type Pokemon. Neither will Rayquaza LA, as Speed Gain is unusable if you have another Rayquaza in play.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
Hp, okay.... Weakness? Terrible with Garchomp C running wild, resistance quit okay, but -20 is not enough. Retreat cost? Too high...

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
4 Energies for 100 damage is quit classic, but then discarding 2 of them is not the best thing that can happen, especially when you need 4 energies of 2 colors and lose 2 of 2 colors.
It clearly lacks here an attack which it can use to regain it's energy or at least atk for the turn with only 3 energies.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
I don't see any combo to use it with.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Are you kidding me? Would only say delcatty PL but even then this card can't be played.

5. How's the artwork?
2/5. I like the shiny look, but still the background and the card aren't working to well with each other.
Rayquaza looks way to computer generated on this one.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
1/5 It can be played in fun, but on tournaments you have no chance with this card.
It's to slow and way to powerless.
