Basically the deck uses vileplume to prevent catcher and stuff and uses emboar to power up RDL, winning the game in 3 attacks. Please help! Thanks!
I've found shuckle is ok, but isn't too important. I am debating this, durant or eelzone. Please tell me which is the strongest choice. If you say durant or eelzone, please post a list you think is the best. Thanks!!!

I would consider switching Vileplume for Magnezone, but thats just me. If Vileplume works, then use it. Also, say how you do, I might want to add another RDL to my Magnezone deck.

I'm not going to switch to magneboar. It's a whole nother deck entirely and it wouldn't be as good as magnezone. Do you have any smaller changes I could make?

Honestly, it looks fine:) You might want to add a minor secondary attacker like Reshiram for backup, or more energy retrieval.

Thanks. I've found that 2 Fisherman is enough, and another attacker needs to take 2 prizes to be useful. Do you think this or durant is better for cities?

The deck seems like it will be good, but risky. I'm nervous about that. Could someone help me test for eelzone? It would be much appreciated.

Wish I could help you play test I'm just in no condition to right now. Feel free to pm though.

No problem. If you know anyone else who can test over playtcg, please let me know.

Well, I have to go, but if anyone could do a bit of testing with this deck before tommorow, they will be crowned super ultra mega awesome champion king of the universe. Thanks guys (and girls)!

Maybe more RDL (if you have it) will be good, and if your opponent happens to knock out some of them, you'll have more of them in behind. If not, You could add at least 1 more indigo plateau (again, if you have them) to stop lostgar or mewgar decks from getting rid of your legend boost. and, this will elp you get rid of their lost worlds. Hopefully this will help you.

Well, the thing about legends, is that each halve counts as the same pokemon, so you can't have more than 4 pieces total.

Hey, I've nothing to do today, I can do some testing with it for you; I'd offer to give you a few games on PlayTCG, but for whatever reason, I've been unable to login on my account for the past few days, so unfortunately I'll just have to do testing with a friend and report back as quickly as possible. How does three games each against The Thunderdome, The Truth, Durant, CaKE and Chandelock sound to you?

That'd be great! You are such a great help, I've just been caught up in last minute cities stress.

I know the feeling; unfortunately for me, I have still got around 2 weeks to stress out about cities (because in Australia, we have a grand total of 8 Nationwide this year, and because of the cost of travel and accomodation, all but two were out of my reach...yay?).

How long do you have before your cities? I don't want to do a ton of testing and then find that you've already left for the tournament

It's today. :( Unless you can test before 10, I'll probably be gone. You're probably right. I don't think it's possible or worth it for you to do a ton of testing right now. I may switch to durant last minute because the friend who I was going to borrow the RDL's left and it's too risky. Thanks for your help regardless!

Hmm...damn, well, I'll do the Thunderdome and Durant testing real quick, because we have those decks sleeved, just in case you decide to take this to the Cities.

But if you can't take get the RDLs...ouch.

Oh well, Durant is a pretty sweet deck nonetheless. Remember to tell us how you do, no matter what you play :D

Yeah, I will probably write a tournament report. I thought I could get the RDL's, but my friend left for a wrestling tournament this morning. :( I'm so nervous, but excited.

Good Luck :D

Also, it may be fortuitous that you can't aquire RDLs; testing against both Thunderdome and Durant turned out some very lacking results. All three games against The Thunderdome resulted in losses, because once they get a Magnezone in play, the game just ends. RDL can't take return KOs from Magnezone in its stride, and the Prize trade remained favourable for Magnezone at all times. Thundurus and Zekrom proved to be very, very good in this regard, softening up RDL when necessary and taking prizes off of Basics. Because the deck only runs RDL as an attacker, Magnezone needed to only lost burn 6 (8 at best) energy to end the game. For the third round, I added in 2 Reshiram over the Shuckle and Shaymin, and that proved to be a good choice; it forced The Thunderdome to play around them, and a secondary attacker was key.

Against Durant, those same Reshirams proved invaluable. Without them, its an autoloss, because setting up Rayquaza Deoxys LEGEND without Twins, Sages or Shuckle is impossible. Reshiram is easier to search and hits for weakness, and once Vileplume goes up Durant runs out of steam completely. Still, it managed to win two of the three games, although one was solely because of a lucky Devour of 2 Emboar and 2 Fisherman.

Durant is a evil little beast, isn't it?

Anyway, good luck again at Cities
