Plan:
The whole idea with this deck is to get out RDL as fast as possible and then to keep him attacking with Emboar. Ideally I will be KOing EXs for 3 prizes thanks to RDL giving me an extra one. Mewtwo can be an issue due to RDL being weak to it but Mewtwo is also weak to RDL which can also be nice.

This seem to be a reshiboar deck. You should check out david cohen's deck and revised it a bit, hes the 2011 champion and running this deck.

It is basically a Reshiboar deck I just am focusing on RDL so looking at that list could be a big help. Where would I be able to find that list though?
