Alright guys... This torney is my attempt at getting the Internet Pokemon gameing Up and going... Props to Krucifier for spending his time working on torney #1... IMO he did a great job and in no way deserves any belittlement....
Ok so during the last Redshark torney i knowticed a few smaller problems that i intend to work and fix upon for this torney...
Format!!!!
-Swiss.... 4 Rounds then Top cut(Top 4 players) Easiest form to play and everyone knows how it works...
-We can play 12 or 16 attendents depending on Number of people who sign up...
-DX-DP Format... MT cards are considerd banned...
-Contenetal Divide... Ok guys this was posted as a reletivly large problem during V1 torney... People not being able to get ahold of an Opponent due to time diffrences(Pretty lame). So in order to fix this problem i have decided to do Pool play for diffrent Continents(Unless there are not enough players to fill out the pool.).
-Cheating should not be an issue since there is no prizes.. but if you do catch someone cheating the Screen Shot it and send it to me VIA PM or IM...
-PLZ guys Only sign up if you know that you will be able to Compete and Complete the torney...

EDIT:... Deck changes Between ROUNDS is Completly legal...
EDIT #2 Matches = Best 2/3 or best 3/5 what ever your opponent and you can agree on... 2/3 is Recomended but not realy enforced... As long as i know who won is all that realy matters
