Is this a joke card? I'm honestly confused. Fan Club allows you to do the same thing, but allows you to put them into your hand, giving you many more options. I'd recommend changing this one a bit.

I honestly didn't know that Fan Club had that effect
Then again, these cards are played in a format where Fan Club isn't legal. I'll change it anyways.
Edit: Expect some more reprinted staples. These sets are kinda like Bowlerdude04's sets: in their own format.

Sorrry D: Every deck needs a counter. (or the counter that deck thread wouldn't exist) We're having catcher, but a Pokémon is going to completely nerf it (you'll see soon)
