I think the Regis are cool and could make for a fun budget deck. I could see a deck that runs Brooklet Hill to grab Regice and Regirock, and a couple Nest Balls to grab your Registeel quicky. Throw in some Professor's Letters to grab the right type of energy needed. I obviously haven't thought about any full deck list, but just some quick thoughts.
