Somehow We have a "reputation" system for normal members! Will we be keeping this?, Is this a mistake? and when did this happen (incase it wasn't just now)

It's only for spelling and grammar. If you see someone tip1ng liek tis, give them a negative. Alternatively, if you see someone typing very well, give them a positive.
People who abuse this system for other purposes will be banned.

This seems kind of weird, but I still like it.
This will help people spell better with more practice for a spelling test. =)

Nothing better to drop a grudge by giving the other person a negative rep...
Pretty soon this will turn into war. People might give others negative reps and not state the real reason why

I kind of like this idea, though it does have its drawbacks as Sweet Dawn stated.
On one hand, it will encourage members to check there posts for mistakes, otherwise receiving a bad rep. But then.. there is the point that n00bs will start giving reputations out randomly for no good reason...
So I'm a bit on the fence about this whole reputation thing. :/
But, it could work.

Now wait a minute, It's going to take some time for everyone to get used to the way this works, so I really wouldn't like to hear all this negative talk about it.
Abusers will be warned, and soon everyone will know exactly how this is supposed to go; so don't sweat it.

Once people understand they will get banned for abusing it, we won't see that very often. It's only been up for a few hours. That's hardly enough time to call it a bad idea.
