Reputation system (cause others didn't understand the title XD)

Even though it is on topic, it still has strayed from the original reason the poster made this thread.
I guess time will show how well this works, although it will most likely "bomb".

Positive (+1): You're very friendly and very nice to everyone escpecially newcomers. Just work a little bit on your spelling and grammar. If you make complete sentences, it would be a little easier, but your still awesome!

This system is seriously failing, Jon. TearsofanUchicha and AnthonyG pointed out some stuff that you might want to take note of. As Sweet Dawn said, this isn't being used as much as a spelling grammar thing. It can also be used to flame other members/gang up on them.

I don't see anything wrong with that rep? If he is having problems making sentences that was a good rep. She was only trying to help. She was not flaming anyone here. No offense but ease up if you can. I don't see any problem there. That was a good one there. I don't see anything wrong there.
