Right now this is the deck that I will be using for regionals. I've had many different suggesstions on how to improve it, especially with vulpix and ninetales. Also, are the energys ok with what I currently have them at? Mostly, just what can i do to improve this deck in general. This will be my first pokemon tournament in 6 years, so I'd like to do well.

4xReshiram
4xCyndaquil
2xQuilava
4xTyphlosion Prime
2xVulpix
2xNinetales
1xCleffa

Trainers :29
4xPokémon Collector
3xProfessor Oak New Theory
3xSage's Training
4xPokémon Communication
3xRare candy
4xJunk Arm
3xPlus Power
2xPokémon Catcher
1xRevive
2xSwitch

Energy: 12
11xFire Energy
1x Rescue Energy

Pretty solid list. The main thing I'm noticing is the lack of draw supporters. Even with Ninetales, I'd be running closer to 8.

Rescue is pretty un-needed - you'll never hit it when you need it and you can't search it. Consider dropping that for the 4th Sage's Training.

Also, I'd be at 1 Switch instead of 2 - drop that for a Professor Juniper.

Consider running 4 Professor Juniper and no Oak's New Theory - it makes the deck run much faster and lets you discard energy early on.

Revive is a good card, but I don't think it takes priority. The 4th Rare Candy should help you not need the Revive as much.

Outside of that, it looks very solid - one thing I'd try to find room for is an Energy Retrieval; it's a great 1-of in here with Ninetales. If you can somehow fit the Revive in after that, it's an alright card to have for mirror.

Similarly, try testing with 2 Pokegear and 2 Twins without the Ninetales line. It works pretty well; you can decide which version you like better.

I feel like running four Juniper isn't a great plan for this deck. Yeah, discarding is good, but 4 seems like is could cause problems. I don't know if I will be able to get a 4th catcher so here is what I'm thinking.

-1 Rescue
-2 Switch
-2 New Theory
-1 Sage

+1 Pokegear
+3 Juniper
+1 Catcher
+1 Rare Candy

This way, I do get to add the rare candy, and 3 Junipers, while still keeping 2 New Theorys in case I may not want to discard everything. I guess the switch isn't needed a whole lot so I took those out. If I can get 2 more catchers, ill take out a pokegear I think. The other thing I thought of doing was evening out PONT and Juniper so they are both at two, and keeping Sage at 3. I also thought maybe I might need one more fire energy. I could have also kept one switch, and took out three PONT
