1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
The stats scream awful. Black and White introduced Basics with 130HP, and Stage 2s with 150HP (JPN B/W set has Beartic, Stage 1 with 130HP). So for it to have 90HP is terrible. Psychic weakness is alright, since Gengar, the only big Psychic at the moment, usually doesn't attack. No resistance is the worst kind of resistance, especially with 90HP. Two retreat is bad, especially since you don't want to attach energy to it in the first place. (Fun fact, Reuniclus has 110 Base HP in the games, so it would make sense for it to have a large amount of HP)
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, Abilities) of the card.
The attack, to be blunt, blows. Because of how fast this metagame is, the attack will rarely do more than 60 damage. And 60 damage for 3 Psychic energy (no DCE to speed it up) isn't worth it. Not to mention that, because of its low 90HP, it won't survive long to hurt many things. The Ability is what turns heads though. Shuffling around damage is truly a blessing, especially with high HP tanks (like Reshiram, Zekrom and Donphan), and making the damage go away with SSU or Seeker. It is a great ability.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Moving the damage onto a high HP basic (Reshiram/Zekrom), and using Seeker to effectively heal 120 damage. Serperior is also hyped as a partner for Reuniclus, but I'm against the concept. If your quick, and or a basic, you'll love having Reuniclus around.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Well, it can't attack to save it's life, and it can't take a hit. So I'd put it with, you guessed it, Reshiram or Zekrom, though space is limited in both for a 2-1-2 Reuniclus line.
5. How's the artwork?
It looks like it's going "Nom nom nom, give me your energy"
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
It is played solely for the ability; nothing more. It's like a one trick pony. It supports the team, but it can't do anything else decently. So, I'd give it a 3 out of 5.
