^ I remember asking samarai west's league leader regarding this during a match some time back, and he told me that reverse edge not only won't go through safeguard, but the discard pile withdraw effect, even if the flip says you can, is also nullified. If that is true, then what about silver mirror, as it has a similar effect, right?

^ I decided to join pokebeach knowing that this is one of the only places nowadays where you are free to ask questions regarding attacks in certain situations, without need for a local league professor to answer for you.

Now, is that aforementioned league leader correct on the mark, or can I draw a card from the discard pile if the flip turns heads, meaning a wrong answer is given to my question I asked the league leader?

If you flip heads you may still take a card out of the discard pile. Taking cards out of the discard pile does absolutely nothing to affect the Suicune, so Suicune cannot do anything to prevent it.

edit: After some talk with my sister, she asked the same person about it, who turns out to be the league leader's assistant, not the leader herself. He gave my sister the same answer you gave here. Thank you for your lovely input. As I assume now that this thread arouse by a misunderstanding that needed some clarification, my problem is now solved, and I don't have to show him this thread, thank you very much...
