There is a mixture of special energy, a couple WC special energy (probably like 2 out of all my bulk), 1 rare for every 10 cards, I don't think I have any ultra rares, all the C/UC are randomly pulled, and I don't believe I have any rare trainers.

250 bulk is 250 cards. I can give you a discount (just keep shipping costs in mind). Yes there will be some holos and reverse holos.
