Ruling reverse holo's

As far as i know all it is is a random card that is holographic. It can be any card except for Lv. X cards, and energies. It can even be some rares that are supposed to be normal holo, but instead it will be alternate holo.
In every booster pack, there are:
5 Commons
1 Reverse Holo
1 Rare (can be regular holo or non-holo)
3 Uncommons
As said by TheEnigma, the Rev Holo card can be any card from the set except Lv. X's. This makes Rev Holo cards super rare for collectors.

Rev. Holos are more rare than Reg. Holos, but other than that, there is no difference.
