1. It's an item so it can't stand on it's own. With Pokemon Rescue going out this will have to do. I'd play it.
2.Reshiboar since it now fully heals a basic from the discard (the base set one healed half) reshiram can go right back on the bench.
3. Revive a high HP basic pokemon.
4. 4.5 not as good as rescue but it'll do with the changes done to the text.
5. 4/5 basic 3D model with a nice background

It is an Item, so it obviously can't be played on its own. It has potential in certain decks (namely Reshiram variants and Zekrom variants). However, Pokemon Rescue was far better, because you could grab an Evolution card as well as Lv.X cards.
2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in?
Reshiboar and any Reshiram variants, Zekromisu and Zekrom variants. They're the only really high HP basic pokemon I know.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
As stated above, Reshiram/ Zekrom to get a fully healed 130 HP basic back alive.

2.5/5 Pokemon Rescue was much better than this, but it will have to do
5. How's the artwork?
Pretty cool. A nice background, and all of the BW items have the same sort of style of artwork

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played? It actually is pretty good. It is the new Pokemon Rescue after rotation.
2. What popular metagame decks could it be used in? It can be used in most decks since getting Basic Pokemon back can be important.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so? There really isn't a combo so to speak since you can't evolve a Basic the same turn you place it since BTS will be rotated out soon.
4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars). 4 /5. It isn't quite as good as Pokemon Rescue as already mentioned.
5. How's the artwork? I like the background better than the actual part that is a Revive.
