  • 2 Power Memory
  • 4 Evosoda
  • 4 Bursting Balloon
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Wide Lens

Energy: 17
  • 11 Fighting Energy
  • 2 Strong Energy
  • 4 Double Colorless Energy
This deck has been through so many revisions starting with just Rhyperior and Carbink to adding the Break and then Zygarde. The flow of this deck is to get the Carbink out early to protect from EX while Rhyperior sets up. Paired with a bursting balloon makes for a pretty decent wall and can usually expect one or two more on the bench ready to go. Once Rhyperior is ready to go, Rock Shower can quickly get some decent damage out and paired with a Wide Lens can dish out double damage to weakness if any. I added Zygarde a little late as a sort of back up in case things went south. Carbink break's Diamond Gift makes setting up anything on the bench alot quicker and discarding energy with and ultra ball or scorched earth only speeds it up. Power Memory only adds to Zygarde and Cell Storm adds for sustain, and it only gets better if Strong energy is attached.

I like your deck. It´s interesting. Imma give you my thoughts:

4 Rhyperior is maybe to much. 2-3 should be enough. Also why don´t you use the other Rhypherior? Seems quite good in my book. Maybe put both in? Also if you throw that Rhyperior you can also throw both Wide Lenses
Same goes for Carbink break.
Maybe also reduce Rhydon and put in a rare candy or 2.
If you want another EX. I´d suggest Regirock EX. As it helps just by chilling on the bench. Also it´s attack ain´t bad
You got some good draw with Scorched Earth potentially. Problem is you have to throw energy for that. Which you don´t have much off and (maybe i missed something) no way to get them back. So add something like energy retrievel, Super Rod oder Brocks Grit. Maybe also a Prof. Letter so you have things in hand to discard.
If you don´t want to do that i´d advice you to go down to 2 scorched earths and ad some more Draw Cards.
Examples that would help your deck are: Trainer´s Mail, Max Elixir (this one definietly bcs you have a heavy set up) maybe a Great Ball.
Also you got "only" 2 Shauna which can work when you have Scorched Earth or a bunch of VS Seeker to use her more often. Maybe increase her. And/or replace her with an N or Prof Birch Observation (i think the second is better but thats personal preference) If you don´t mind throwing a few cards. Go for Sycamore. Those 7 Cards are #GoodStuff

You can also decrease on Burst Baloons i think. 4 Feels a lot. 2 might be plenty.
Also, as you said, Strong energy is very good for this deck. So maybe go for 4 Strong and 2 Colorless instead. Or even it with a 3 / 3

So yeah. These are some of my suggestions. Ofc you don´t need to follow any of them. You need to find out by testing what works and whats fun for you to play. That´s the most important

Wow thank you so much for your thoughts on this deck. I appreciate it very much, I do have to say that on energy retrieval my Carbink Break covers that with Diamond Gift also giving 2 energy from the discard to one of my benched. Its really good and makes cycling energy around pretty easy.

I would definitely find room for more draw support. Otherwise, your consistency will suffer in the long run.
