4 Spiritomb AR
1 - 1 - 1 Nidoqueen RR
3 - 3 Ursaring Prime UL
1 - 1 - 1 - 1 Flygon LV. X RR
1 Unown P
1 Unown Q
1 Azelf LA
2 Uxie LA
1 - 1 Primeape SV
2 - 2 Slowking HS

3 Broken Time Space
3 Bebe's Search
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Seeker
1 Luxury Ball
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
1 Palmer's Contribution
2 Expert Belt
1 Galactic HQ
1 Twins
1 Cyrus' Conspiracy

11 Energy:
4 Double Colorless Energy
4 Call Energy
2 Warp Energy
1 Psychic Energy

Strategy: Use Spiritomb and Broken Time Space to Unleash fast Nidoqueen and Ursaring. Flygon is a secondary attacker, as well as helping retreat Nidoqueens in a pinch. Use Unown P or Galactic HQ to damage Ursaring Prime, then hit for high damage while healing the damage away again at the end of the turn. Expert Belt puts Ursarings at the SP LV. X OHKO point, and Warp Energies help keep them alive, while healing with Nidoqueen. Flygon LV. X and Hammer Arm provide a slight disruption. Uh, hit hard with Ursaring Prime. Unown P works with Nidoqueen perfectly to keep Ursaring up while making sure his Pokebody is activated.

Could add Slowking to improve the effect of Hammer Arm and Flygon LV. X's Pokebody, as well as disrupt and/or set up.

And, you shouldn't mix Ursaring and Nidoqueen. How about this?

-2/2/2 Nidoqueen
-4 Spiritomb
-1 Psychic Energy

+4 Sableye (Won't slow you down, unlike Spiritomb)
+4 Rainbow Energy (attach it to an Ursaring, and bam! 120 damage with Megaton Lariat)
+2 Umbreon counter (Maybe Lucario UL?)
+1 Fighting Energy

Why? Ursaring's Poke-Body forces it to have at least 1 damage counter to unleash its full potential. Having a Pokemon that removes these damage counters is, hence, counterproductive. But, using an energy that deals damage will actually help Ursaring deal 120 damage in no time.

Sableye will speed up your deck, and Spiritomb is too disruptive, even for you. If you don't get any pokemon to evolve, Sableye will look up these for you.

Now, why the fighting energy? Umbreon will hurt your deck badly, so you need something to attack that Umbreon with. Any fast fighting pokemon should do, just make sure it uses the Fighting Energy correctly.

Actually SoujiroElric, I realize Nidoqueen's interaction with Ursaring perfectly. The principle is to use Unown P's Pokepower to give Ursaring just the one damage he needs to hit hard, then heal it away again in between turns, so he is harder to kill. Also, if he takes damage from some other source, there may be no reason to use Put, I can simply attack and heal more damage. Also, if you'll notice, I play exactly three trainers, two of which are not set up cards, so Spiritomb is an insignificant slow for me. It does, however, potentially slow my opponent down, and help me set up the Stage 2's in my deck. You are correct about the threat of Umbreon, and here is my solution:

-1 Broken Time Space
-1 - 1 - 1 Nidoqueen RR
+1 - 1 Primeape SV
-1 Galactic HQ
-1 Professor Oak's New Theory
+2 - 2 Slowking HS

This way I can set myself up, as well as disrupting my opponent and controlling which card is discarded by Hammer Arm, Top Drop, or Wind Erosion.

I have edited the OP with changes.

If Ursaring did more damage based on the damage he had, like a Rage attack, then Nidoqueen would be counterproductive. However, he only needs the one, which I can provide with Unown P.
