This is my new story, different than the one I was making before.

Chapter One:Alex and Aaron
"Is everyone here?"
A group of people sat in a dim room. A man with a hood had entered, a Luxray following him.
"Yea. We brought the reports you wanted." one man said.
"We were also able to retrive this." a woman said.
"We broke into the shrine easily. No one ever noticed.
The hooded man studied the items for a while. He smiled.
"Thanks you."
The man ripped off the hood and robe and ran out the door.
I need to get this thing back to him . He'll know what this thing says.
He looked at it.
I hope he's right about the story
He looked to his side. Luxray was running by his side.
"Luxray! Take this and get to the roof. I'll find my own way out!"
Luxray did as it was told and sprinted off.
They'll get me. But not these.....


Incomming transmission
This is Squad Leader Alex of Shadow Squad ... *screaming*
....enemy....pokemon.... broken through.... .send..help*explosion*...our ..forces can't*static*... .hold on ...longer....-


Alex cursed as he attemped to get the radio to work. He had been in tranning when he turned 14. Now, two years later, he had become a squad leader for the Pokemon Defensive Force. His squad, Shadow Squad, is one of the best. His squad was mostly used to steal items, pokemon, or info.They were the ones chosen to lead this attack against some mysterious organization know as the . Alex didn't think it would be this dangerous.

"We need to get out of here! Forget the radio!"

Alex jumped up and picked up his supplies. Pokemon engaged in battle as thier masters also fought. A group of Metagross had broken through thier army and reached Alex and his squad.

"Just don't let them reclaim this building! We need to hold out just a bit more!" Alex shouted.
"Sir! I don't think we can!"
"Does it look like we have a choice?"
A Hyper Beam soared right above them as the Metagross advanced.
"Go! Lucario!"
Alex's Lucario appeared and got ready to fight.
"Use Focus Blast!"

Meanwhile....

Aaron ran up the street and looked back at who was chasing him. He was a fourteen year-old boy who always seemed to get into trouble.

"You little brat! You'll regret beating our boss!"

Aaron had challenged the leader of some gang to a battle. The leader agreed, and made a large bet. When Aaron won, they refushed to pay. Aaron stole the money and ran off.

"Go! Rhydon!"
"Go! Hippowdon!"
The two pokemon blocked Aaron's path.
"All right then,Torterra! Come on out!"
Torterra appeared and gave a loud roar. It glared at the other pokemon and awaited for his orders.
"Rhydon! Use Drill Horn!"
"Hippowdon! Use Ice Fang!"
"Torterra! Leaf Storm!"
the two pokemon were sent flying, thier trainers running afther them.
"That should buy me some time."


Alex stood still, hearing if any more pokemon were comming. Lucario was able to deafeat most of the pokemon, making them retreat.
"We need to get out of here now!"
Alex turned to see his squad get into the hellicopters that had arrived.
"Lucario! Return!"

Akira's starter pokemon in the Johto region Akira has grown a strong, though somewhat strange bond.
Salmence:
The First pokemon caught by Akira in the Hoenn region was a Bagon, ever since then shes been training it for when the need arises.
Gyarados:
Caught wild at the Lake of rage in Mahogany town, Akira uses Gyarados in almost all of her battles
Sneasel:
A powerhouse on Akiras team Sneasel was caught in the ice tunnel in between Mahogany and Blackthorn Akira uses it a lot.
Likes: I think out of the characters so far she may have a slight affection towards Alex, but not much.
Nature: Theres a dark spooky presence around her, she is somewhat cruel, cold and calculating, very intligent.
Appearance: Shortish red hair, black jacket with red lines on it, blue eyes (Stands out).
Background info: When she was young he was kindapped by a crimnal organizations leader, now he is in the service of an unknown trainer working for the organizations demise.

Chapter Two:Akira and Eric

Luxray walked into a small shack hidden deep in a forest. An old man sat on the floor, his eyes closed as though he was in deep thought.
"Good to see you Luxray."
The old man stood up and grabbed a small bag of pokemon food.
"Here. You must be starving."
Luxray bowed as if saying thanks and ate. The man saw somthing wrapped on it's collar and took it.
"It can't be!"



"Akira! Send out a pokemon already!"
"Huh? Sorry, guess I had something on my mind...."
Akira was training with a member of the organization she worked for. She joined to bring down the people that had ruined her life.
She had been training non-stop for this. They were planning a great attack. Almost every member would be involved. The would finnaly destroy the evil organization.....

At least that's what they thougt.


"I'll choose-*crash*What the-"
Akira stayed silent, getting ready to send out Meganium. She stared at the door, waiting for something to happen. Suddenly, the wall exploded and hundreds of pokemon ran into the battlefield.
"They attacked us! Call for help!"

Eric sat quietly as the bus reached his stop. He collected his stuff and got up.
"See ya tomorrow Eric!" the bus driver said.
"See ya." Eric replied.
He continued on his way without much paying much attention. If he had at least looked up, he may have seen the Torterra with a kid hanging for his life on Torterra's tree.
"Look out!" Aaron screamed as Torterra slamed into Eric. Eric flipped into the air and landed on Torterra's back. Unfortuneatly, on the mini mountains.
*Eric screaming from pain*
Aaron winched as he watched Eric. He looked back to see if he was still being chased.
"I think we lost them in the back in the water park. Or was it the marching band?"
Eric woke up, feelling a little bit better.
"Did I just get hit by a Torterra?"
"Sorry about that. Torterra and I were just trying to escape from some thugs we messed with."
While Aaron explained what was going on, Eric was wondering why there was a smashed trumpet stuck under Torterra's foot.

Akira and Jake,the other member, tried to find a way out of the building. There were way too many pokemon to try and fight back. They would need to head to another base for safety.
Another explosion ripped through the celling, blocking Akira and Jake away from each other.
"I'll find another way out!" Akira shouted as she ran down the hallway. Akira made her way up to the roof.
Maybe I can fly on Salamance...
"Where do you think you're going?"

Where they're from:
Espeon:
Eevee was his first Pokemon in the Orre Region then after that went to Sinnoh. Espeon and Davis usually are like best friends and it's outside of it's Poke Ball often.

Blaziken: Was given to him when it was a Torchic by his brother after he got Eevee. When it became a Blaziken it also became a strong Power House.

Empoleon: Was given by Pro.Rowan as a Piplup when he saw Davis battle one day as a present becuase he believed he had lots of talent and is seen in battle often as his 1st choice

Flygon: It was caught by Davis as a Vibrava when he was traning with his other Pokemon who had fully evolved into there final stages. Vibarava soon became another Power House in battles.

Roserade: Was caught as a Roselia. It was really injured when he found it and was nursed back to health. After awhile it became use to him so much that now they are able to read minds. Roserade became a good offensive Pokemon and OK defence Pokemon.

Lucario: Was an egg and he got it for helping some people out of a tunnel which was going to explode. It was given to him as a present by this strange man for gratitude. It soon hatched and evolved and It became really usefull. Lucario has become a Pokemon with high speed, atack, and defence power. So it was counted as another powerhouse.

And some background: After his parrents were killed he was taken care of by his brother. They soon moved from Kanto to Orre and lived pacefully. His parrents death still haunts them this very day when ever he sees blood, his eyes turn Blue and his hair turns dark blood red. He is a nomadic person, but is set out to fufill his dream to be a Pokemon Master.

Where they're from: Ralts- a gift given to him by his brother before he left
(very first pokemon) He talks to ralts when he feels
lonely.
Finneon- the first pokemon he caught. Caught with a
good rod that he received for his 9th birthday.
Shinx- discovered abandoned (Terry decided he knew
how it felt to be alone so he took Shinx with him)

I think that terry should probably be from Sinnoh, because he has caught two pokemon that are only obtainable in the Sinnoh region, and the one that isn't from that region was a gift.
 
Akira will remain Anoymous as his birthdate is unknown to himself. Oh and Akira is from Johto but he has been to Hoenn, Kanto, and Sinnoh.

Vanessa's younger sister who tagged along with her to Sinnoh. She is at many times immature and loves too emmbarass Vanessa. Lily is ranked #1 in Hoenn for contests currently and won a Pokemon Egg from a contest a while back. Her first pokemon was a Pichu Vanessa gave her for her 10th birthday which knew Volt Tackle.
Team: Pichu, Piplup, Roselia, Glaceon, Vulpix, Egg
Reserves:Corsola, Beautifly, Cherrim

Chapter Three: Vanessa, Lily, Terry and Davis

"We must act before the Galactic Hunters do!"
"Calm down, we will. We just need some help and I know who."
The old man sighed heavily.
"Do you really believe your brothers are willing to risk so much Mark?"
Mark smiled as he patted Luxray's head.
"I know they can help us. They won't let us down."
Luxray looked up to it's master as though saying it hoped he was right. Mark then sudenly got up and stared at the door. Luxray leaped in front of him and got ready to battle. The door opened and a person stepped in. Akira limped over a bit before falling down.
"Who are you and what wrong?" Mark asked as he helped her up.
"My name is Akira. I was attacked by some man who said that he was the leader of some orginazation. I had to escape and ended up here."
They brought her inside and healed her and the Pokemon.
"Were you followed?"
Akira froze and thoght for while, but before she could answer, another voice did.
"Yes she was."

"Vanessa! I want to battle with you!"
"No! I want to!"
"Please battle me!'
"Can I have your autograph?"
"Battle with us!"
"Give me your autograph!"
"How about a rematch?"
Vanessa backed away from the crowd.
"Sorry. My pokemon have had more than enough battles." She said in a nervous voice.
"Come on!"
"Just one more battle."
Vanessa sprinted off before they could say more.
"Hurry up Lily! We need to hide somewhere!"
Lily ran afther her sister, panting.
"Why is it such a big deal to battle you!"

Terry stared at the broken rubble that layed ahead of him. He had been travaling for weeks and ended up in a war zone. Lucky for him though the action had died down. He look at the helicopters flying back and forth in the area.
"What ar you doing here?"
Alex had decided to stay back to help clear out the area. He waited for Terry to reply.
"Sorry I just-"
"Never mind. Just come with me."
Terry followed Alex into one of the helicopters and got in. Alex talked into his radio and climbed into the helicopter.
"We'll be going back to the city! It's too dangerous for you to be here!"Alex yelled over the sound of the helicopter rising.
"Thank you!" Terry replied.
Durring the ride back, Terry explained why he was out there.
"I've been looking for my brother everywhere. I hope to find him here in Sinnoh."
"I think I can help you out. I've also had a brother who dissapeared. He was kidnapped a while back by the Galactic Hunters."
"Really. Why?"
Before Alex had a chance to say anything, the helicopter suddenly spun out of control and began too fall.

Davis was walking out in the forest in deep thought.I just need two more badges and then I can battle the Elite Four....As he walked he heard a helicopter comming by. Then another sound appeared as if something exploded. He looked up in the sky as a helicopter was attacked by a Skarmory and sent crashing down. The Skarmory then flew down and stared at him.
"Blaziken! Go" Davis ordered as he threw a pokeball into the air.
Blaziken appeared and stepped in front of him. Skarmory lunged at Blaziken and the two began to fight. Skamory jabbed Blaziken several times with it's beak and Blaziken kicked Skarmory off
"Use Blaze Kick!"
Skarmor was hit and flew off before it could be deafeated. Davis then ran the crash site.
 
I forgot to add Eric to the list.

Eric (13) Sinnoh
Eric is a strong trainer who knows quite a lot about healing pokemon. He has many supplies in his bag for almost all kinds of injures. He also knows a lot about. He hopes to be a great trainer and become a gym leader or a member of the Elite Four one day.
Team: Typhlosion, Swellow, Rampardos, Drifblim, Absol, Bronzong
Reserves: Hitmotop, Crobat, Golduck, Mantine, Exeggutor

Chapter Four:The Forest

Alex woke up trying to figure out what just happened. He pulled himself out of the crashed helicopter and looked around. Everyone seemed to be okay. He tuned around and looked in the sky. Nothing was there."What hit us?" Alex thought to himself. He made sure that his radio was working and helped the others get out the helicopter.
"Go! Staraptor!"
Alex's Staraptor flew out of its pokeball and landed on a tree.
"I need you to see how far we are from town."
Staraptor spreaded it's wings and took off. Alex watched Staraptor until he was barley visible.
"Anyone there?"

Davis pushed his way through the bushes and looked around. It seemed like everyone was okay.
"Who are you?" Alex asked.
"My name is Davis. I saw you guys get attacked by the Skarmory and-"
"A Skarmory? So that's what attacked us. Do you know where we are?"
"Yeah. We're not too far from town."
Staraptor appeared in the sky, and other pokemon seemed to be following it.


Aaron and Eric had rode Torterra out in the forest and had as so seen the crash.
"What going on?"
"I don't know."
They saw the Skaromy land and then suddenly fly off. Then, a little while later they saw a Staraptor appear and fly towards them.
"Wait! That's Alex's Staraptor! He must have been in the helicopter!" Aaron said in horror.
"Who?" asked Eric?
"He's my brother. I got go check if he's okay!"
"I'll come with you!"
Aaron rode on Charizard while Eric rode on Swellow.

"Alex! You're okay!"
"Aaron? What are you doing out here?"
Aaron explained the chase across the city and how he met Eric. The helicopter crew told Alex that they were headed back to the city to tell the others what had happened.
“Okay, we catch up later.”
“Whatever.” the pilot said.
Alex turned to Davis.
“Where did the Skaromy go?”
“I think in that direction.” Davis answered.
Alex hopped on Staraptor and took off.
“Hey wait for us!”

The voice came from a person in some uniform.
“Stop him!” the old man yelled.
Mark tackled him as Akira and the old man ran out.
“I’ll keep him busy!”
The
Galactic Hunters’ member got back up, but Mark slugged him across the face.
“Go now!” Mark yelled as Akira and the old man fled. They got on Akira’s Salmence and flew off. Mark turned around and got a pokeball out. The man wiped the blood off his mouth and laughed.
“Who are you anyways?” Mark asked.
“My name is Kevin. I was sent here just to finish her off. I didn’t expect to find the flute and the journal out here.” Kevin said.
The flute was gripped tight in Marks hand, and the journal was in his bag. It had some story in it about a war or disaster that the “great ones” caused.
“Luxray!” Mark called.
Mark’s Luxray leaped out of the shack and stood in front of Mark. It growled as sparks came out of its body. Mark then sent out his Empoleon too. Kevin laughed.
“All right then. Go! Gliscor! Magneton!”
The two pokemon appeared, but something was strange about the way they looked. They appeared to have darker tones and seemed angry.
“I’ll finish this with one attack! You two know what to do!”
Dark energy began to circle around Gliscor and Magneton. It began to hiss and caused the ground to crack around them.
“NOW!” Kevin shouted.
