Once the leader of a flock of Yanma that liked to wreak havoc and shatter town windows and other things. Now, it has been caught and has become a major powerhouse.
Arcanine
In the Hoenn Region, Sam helped Officer Jenny with an investigation which led to an arrest. During that time, Jenny's then Growlithe and Sam started to get a close bond. When it was time to go, Growlithe decided it wanted to go with Sam and Jenny decided to let it go to him. Arcanine is a stubborn Pokémon while it holds it's own in battles with moves like Flare Blitz and Crunch.
Swampert
Sam picked Mudkip to be his starting Pokémon when travelling the Hoenn region. During their travels together, Swampert has learnt some powerful moves such as Earthquake and Hydro Pump and is oftenly used by Sam in battles.
Garchomp
Garchomp was caught as an extremely stubborn Gabite. Let's say it wasn't happy that Sam supposedly trespassed it's territory, which at the time was Wayward Cave. Team Galactic however saw this Gabite's power in the past and wanted to grab it for themselves. Sam eventually rescued Gabite and it let Sam battle it to catch it. After a long match, Sam finally threw the Poké Ball and caught Gabite.
Glaceon
Caught as an Eevee, it was abandoned by it's family because it wasn't strong enough for them. However, their meaning of tough must be, well, tough because Glaceon has some horridly amazing capabilities with moves such as Blizzard and Water Pulse. Glaceon is one of Sam's strongest Pokémon, even though the power between all of the others is equal.
Dusknoir
Sam found an injured Duskull at Mt. Pyre whilst travelling the Hoenn Region. Waiting for Duskull to heal fully so it could safely go back into the wild, they gained a close bond. However, they had to fight Team Magma and Aqua together to be able to leave Mt. Pyre. During that fight, Duskull evolved into a Dusclops and managed to fend off the Teams with moves such as Shadow Punch and Hidden Power. Dusknoir is a very powerful Pokémon that knows moves such as Shadow Punch, Ice Beam, Fire Punch and Earthquake.
If they like anyone: No
Background: No stranger to the battling environment, Sam will take on any challenge without backing out. He would risk life and limb to help or rescue anyone.

Chapter Five: Battle in the City!
The explosion that followed attack was even seen in the city. People panicked at what might be happening. Alex and the others were flying toward the city as it happened.
“What was that!” Aaron exclaimed.
“I don’t know, but we should get back to the city. Who knows what can be going on?” Alex said.
“Eric and I will go check it out we’ll be fine!”
“All right, just take my Gallade with you.”
“O.k.!”
*In the city*
"That blasted fool! He wasn't to use that attack until we said so!" someone screamed.
"He already done it just give the signal!" a voice from a small device in his ear said.
"Fine!" he said as he took out a pokeball.
Sam watched carefully as the two men continued to talk. What in the world is going on? he thought to himself. The trainer looked up quickly, but Sam hid behind a wall as he continued to listen.
"Go! Honchkrow!"
Honchkrow flew high up and made a loud screech. A group of bird pokemon flew by, then more. Sam felt the ground tremble under him. A group of ground pokemon ripped through the ground and climbed out of the hole. A Rhyperoir fired a Hyper Beam toward Sam but barley missed. Everywhere in the city there was chaos. The pokemon rampaged through the city as some of the people attempted to fight back. But it seemed hopeless.
"Hey! Who are you and how much have you heard!"
Vanessa ran in search of her sister.
“Lily! Where are you?” she screamed.
Vanessa heard a scream and recognized it as Lily’s voice. She ran to where she heard it, but was blocked off by Bastiodon. It saw her and began charging a Hyper Beam. Vanessa tried to run back, but a Garchomp popped through the ground and blocked her path.
“Lucario! Aura Sphere!”
“Glaceon! Blizzard!”
Lucario jumped down in front of Vanessa and shot it’s attack right into Bastiodon’s face as a powerful blast of snow slammed into Garchomp. Bastidon accidentally fired its Hyper Beam at Garchomp and fell on its side. Garchomp was pushed back into a wall and fell forward. Alex and Staraptor landed as Sam cam riding on Arcinine.
“Are you all right?” Alex asked.
“Yeah. But I need to find my sister!” Vanessa replied.
“We’ll help you.” Sam said.
Vanessa took them to where she thought she heard Lily. Two GH grunts were there, bickering about something.
“Make the brat shut up! She’s driving me insane!”
“ That’ll just make things worse!”
Lily was being held hostage by the two, saying they’d only give her back if they were defeated in battle.
“You win, you get the little ____! We win, we get all your pokemon.”
“Fine then! Lucario! Go!” Alex said.
“Hold on, I’m battling too! Arcanine! You ready!” Sam asked.
Lucario got into a fighting position and Arcanine began growling.
“Wait! You guys have done enough to help me!” Vanessa exclaimed.
“Just grab Lily and run. We’ll distract them.” Alex whispered.
“Besides, we’ll be able to beat them.” Sam added.
“Go! Toxicroak!”
Go! Skuntank!”
“Lucario! Use Bone Rush!”
Lucario hit Toxicroak numerous times and left massive damage.
“Arcanine! Flare Blitz!”
Arcanine was also hurt in the attack, but Stuntank almost fainted.
“One more attack should knock out both!” Sam said.
“All right then! Lucario! Extremespeed!” Alex shouted.
Lucario ran at top speed and slammed into pokemon, dealing great damage and knocking them out.
“We still won’t give you back-” the member began to say, but then say Lily with them.
“Oh no…”
“Oh yes!” Lily said, “Pichu! Volt Tackle!”
The grunts were sent flying into a building and crashed through the window.
“Sweet, sweet revenge…”

Name: Matt
Pokemon Team: , Hippopotas, Grotle, Croconaw, Ambipom, Charizard
Pokemon in reserve: Houndoom, Glalie, Squirtle, and Corphish.
Where they're from:
Hippopotas: Hippopotas used to be the leader of a gang that terorized the city. Eventually Matt challenged it to a battle and caught it. Depsite its size it can hold its own in battle.
Croconaw: Croconaw was Matt's starter pokemon that was originally a Totodile. But it evolved later on. Its is easily one of Matt's most reliable pokemon he can count on and has many wins under its belt.
Staraptor: Found as a Staravia, Matt found it eating the crops of some farmers and caught it to stop it from causing trouble. It has a different kind of personality and likes to make fun of Matt's other pokemon.
Charizard: During Matt's travels in Johto, he found an injured Charmeleon left for dead by its trainer. Charmeleon decided he wanted to travel with Matt but his original trainer came back for him. Charmeleon and Matt ignored him until he sent out his Blastoise to battle him. Charmeleon then evolved to defeat Blastoise and went on with Matt. Charizard is called upon the most and is Matt's most powerful pokemon.
Ambipom: Ambipom always followed Matt around until one day Matt caught it. Although not much is known about it, it does know many powerful attacks including, Ice Punch, Double Hit, and Water Pulse.
Pichu: Pichu came from an egg Matt recieved in Hoenn. It was a gift from an old couple for saving their egg farm. Pichu knows a few attacks but isnt used for many battles. He is however called upon to settle arguments.

Background: Not much is known about Matt. He comes from New Bark town in Johto. He dreams of becoming a pokemon master one day but he loves to battle.

Chapter Six: The Battle for the Flute pt.1
Kevin laughed as the smoke began to clear.
“All right, you’ve had your battle now hand over the flute an the journal!” Kevin demanded.
The smoke slowly swirled and Kevin saw a mysterious shadow in the smoke. Two black balls of energy shot out through the smoke and hit Kevin’s pokemon. Gliscor and Magneton. The two fell to the ground with a thud. Kevin checked them and saw they were asleep. The last of smoke blew away with a sudden gust of wind.
“So the rumors are true… You have Darkrai.”
Darkrai slowly moved back in forth, staring at Kevin. Darkrai spoke, getting into a defensive stance.
“Your move.”
“So you can talk too? It’ll just be another reason to capture you! Go! Lucario!”
A dark colored Lucario appeared, a dark aura surrounding it. It gave Darkai an evil glare and began to store its power. A black Aura Sphere began to grow in Lucario’s paw.
“Now!” Kevin ordered.
The ball crashed at amazing into Darkrai, blasting into Mark.
“Mark”, Darkrai said in a weak voice, “There is something weird about that Lucario. Take the items and go! I’ll hold him off!”
Darkai blasted Lucario with a black beam and rose. Mark returned Empoleon and Luxray and stopped.
“Aaron?”
Aaron and Eric landed next to Mark but were forced back on their pokemon by Mark.
“Mark! I haven’t seen you for almost three years! I almost thought that-“
“Never mind that! I explain everything when we get home! Just go!”
Mark followed Aaron and Eric back on his Noctowl.
Alex, Sam, Vanessa, and Lily ran for cover as more and more pokemon appeared and attacked the city.
“The PDF will be here soon! I just called for my squad.” Alex said as he helped Sam defeat another Galactic member.
“I think it’s a little too late for help.” Sam said, pointing to the sky.
A giant metal box was being carried by some of the Hunters’ aircrafts and Team Galactic helicopter.
The box was lowered near the center of the city. A loud voice boomed through the city.
“Surrender and give us the items!”
Alex looked at Sam.
“What do they mean?”
“How should I know?”
They let go of the giant box and began to leave. Alex took out a pokeball, as did everyone else. Sam looked at the box.
The box rattled and shook. There was also some kind of noise coming from it.
“We’re giving you one last chance! Tell the PDF to get out and give us the items!”
A couple of minutes went by. It was silent except from an occasional thud from the box. The voice laughed.
“Your funeral … ”
A loud clicking noise was heard. The box shook more violently and busted open. A loud roar came from inside and a shiny diamond was seen on it. It began to glow as it gave off another roar.
“Perhaps this will change your mind!”
Mark, Eric, and Aaron slowed down as they saw what happened.
“It can’t be!”
“It is. They have got it.
“Yes,” Mark said, “They are in possession of Dialga!”

Chapter Seven: Battle for the flute pt2
Dialga stomped through the city in a furious rage. It’s tail crashed into a building and its claws slashed through the shacking street. It gave off another roar as the diamond on its chest began to glow. Dialga blasted away with Roar of Time, destroying a skyscraper and the buildings all around it.
“We got to stop it some how!” Sam exclaimed.
Sam ran towards Dialga, with a pokeball in his hand.
“Don’t be stupid! It’ll just anger it more!” Alex argued.
“I don’t see you doing anything!”
The two continued to argue as Dailga terrorized the city.
“Stop it! It not going to help if we keep fighting each other!” Vanessa said while they still were fighting.
“She’s right. I thought you’d know better Alex.”
Everyone turned around and looked at who had just talked.
“Now that you seemed to calm down how about helping me.”
“Mark! How? When did-?”
“I’ll explain later. Right now we need to stop Dialga.”
Mark reached into his bag.
“This is a very special flute.”
“What’s so special about it?” Sam asked.
A Weavile sped by and snatched the flute. It climbed up the side of a building and disappeared.
“We need that flute! It has the power to control Dialga!”
“What!”
Matt watched as the Weavile jumped from roof to roof, the flute in its paw.
“Charizard! Go!”
Charizard flew after Weavile, shooting out blasts of flames around it. Weavile dropped the flute and ran off. The flute fell of the roof as Charizard dived to try to catch it. The flute bounced up of Charizard’s wing and Charizard caught it with its tail. Charizard handed the flute to Matt and Matt got on Charizard. Matt gave the flute back to Mark.
“Thanks! Good thing you were around!”
“No problem.”
Mark explained to the others how the flute was going to help.
“I found this and a journal a while back. In the journal, it says that there are these special flutes scattered all across the world that have the ability to “control” the Legendary Pokemon. But it’s not all true. The flutes will only work for the person who was destined to fight along side the legendaries. Destined to be a hero…”
“You expect us to believe that?” Lily said out loud.
Mark smiled.
“You don’t believe me?”
Mark pulled out a black flute with red markings on it. Mark began to play it and it began to glow a bit.
“Yes?” Said a voice.
Darkrai appeared before them, injured from the battle with Kevin’s Lucario. Everyone was surprised when Darkrai appeared out of thin air in front of them.
“Wait,” Vanessa, said, “If we need flutes to control the legendaries, then how come I have Shaymin?”
Mark tossed her a dull gray flute. As soon as it touched it hand, it became light green and had markings all over it in the shape of flowers.
“Shaymin knew you’d be the one to help him.”
Mark took the other gray flute and handed it to Lily. Nothing happened when she touched it. Mark then gave it to Matt, but still the flute stayed blank. Akira held the flute and gave it back when it stayed the same. Just as Mark was about to pass the flute to Eric when Dialga fired a Roar of Time near them. The flute spiraled into the air and a passing Honchkrow caught it and flew off.
“That can’t be good…” Davis said.
The gang heard a crackilng sound and looked up. The attack had caused the buildings around them to collapse.
“Run!”
Everyone scattered as the buildings fell.
“We need that flute! Staraptor! Aerial Ace!” Alex commanded.
Staraptor caused Hochkrow to drop the flute and Alex caught it. The flute began to glow and became blue with silver markings on it.
“Quick Alex,” Mark shouted, “Play the flute!”
“How would I know how to play a flute?”
“Just blow into it or something!”
The Hochkrow came back and rammed into Alex. It snatched the flute with its claw and flew off. It gave the flute to a kid about Aaron’s age.
“My father will be glad to have this!”
“Give us back the flute!”
“If you can beat me in a battle, I will!”
“Fine then! Staraptor!”
Staraptor landed in front of Alex, spreading its wings and giving off a loud cry.
“Honchkrow!”
Honchkrow also landed in front of its trainer, giving an intense glare at Staraptor.
“Your move.” Alex said.
“Honckrow! Sky Attack!”
Honchkrow flew up and came diving down.
“Staraptor! Double Team!”
Honchkrow hit a copy and missed Staraptor.
“Staraptor! Hit him with Aerial Ace!”
Staraptor hit Honchkrow at great speed. Honchkrow got back up and hit Staraptor with Dark Pulse.
“Staraptor! Brave Bird!”
“Honchkrow! Sky Attack!”
Both bird pokemon flew up high, chasing each other. Staraptor and Honchkow flew at each other head on, going as fast as their wings could take them. They both slammed into each other and began to fall.

“We need that flute! It has the power to control Dialga!”
“What!”
Matt watched as the Weavile jumped from roof to roof, the flute in its paw.
“Charizard! Go!”
Charizard flew after Weavile, shooting out blasts of flames around it. Weavile dropped the flute and ran off. The flute fell of the roof as Charizard dived to try to catch it. The flute bounced up of Charizard’s wing and Charizard caught it with its tail. Charizard handed the flute to Matt and Matt got on Charizard. Matt gave the flute back to Mark.
“Thanks! Good thing you were around!”
“No problem.”
Mark explained to the others how the flute was going to help.
“I found this and a journal a while back. In the journal, it says that there are these special flutes scattered all across the world that have the ability to “control” the Legendary Pokemon. But it’s not all true. The flutes will only work for the person who was destined to fight along side the legendaries. Destined to be a hero…”
“You expect us to believe that?” Lily said out loud.
Mark smiled.
“You don’t believe me?”
Mark pulled out a black flute with red markings on it. Mark began to play it and it began to glow a bit.
“Yes?” Said a voice.
Darkrai appeared before them, injured from the battle with Kevin’s Lucario. Everyone was surprised when Darkrai appeared out of thin air in front of them.
“Wait,” Vanessa, said, “If we need flutes to control the legendaries, then how come I have Shaymin?”
Mark tossed her a dull gray flute. As soon as it touched it hand, it became light green and had markings all over it in the shape of flowers.
“Shaymin knew you’d be the one to help him.”
Mark took the other gray flute and handed it to Lily. Nothing happened when she touched it. Mark then gave it to Matt, but still the flute stayed blank. Akira held the flute and gave it back when it stayed the same. Just as Mark was about to pass the flute to Eric when Dialga fired a Roar of Time near them. The flute spiraled into the air and a passing Honchkrow caught it and flew off.
“That can’t be good…” Davis said.
The gang heard a crackilng sound and looked up. The attack had caused the buildings around them to collapse.
“Run!”
Everyone scattered as the buildings fell.
“We need that flute! Staraptor! Aerial Ace!” Alex commanded.
Staraptor caused Hochkrow to drop the flute and Alex caught it. The flute began to glow and became blue with silver markings on it.
“Quick Alex,” Mark shouted, “Play the flute!”
“How would I know how to play a flute?”
“Just blow into it or something!”
The Hochkrow came back and rammed into Alex. It snatched the flute with its claw and flew off. It gave the flute to a kid about Aaron’s age.
“My father will be glad to have this!”
“Give us back the flute!”
“If you can beat me in a battle, I will!”
“Fine then! Staraptor!”
Staraptor landed in front of Alex, spreading its wings and giving off a loud cry.
“Honchkrow!”
Honchkrow also landed in front of its trainer, giving an intense glare at Staraptor.
“Your move.” Alex said.
“Honckrow! Sky Attack!”
Honchkrow flew up and came diving down.
“Staraptor! Double Team!”
Honchkrow hit a copy and missed Staraptor.
“Staraptor! Hit him with Aerial Ace!”
Staraptor hit Honchkrow at great speed. Honchkrow got back up and hit Staraptor with Dark Pulse.
“Staraptor! Brave Bird!”
“Honchkrow! Sky Attack!”
Both bird pokemon flew up high, chasing each other. Staraptor and Honchkow flew at each other head on, going as fast as their wings could take them. They both slammed into each other and began to fall.
Chapter Eight: Dialga vs. Cyber Dialga
The bird pokemon fell from the great height fast and fainted at the same time.
“Return!” Both trainers said as the pokmeon got back in their pokeballs.
Both of them were about to send out pokemon, when the sound of helicopters and aircraft filled the air. Another metal box was being carried by all of these too.
“Now what!” Eric exclaimed.
Dialga fired a couple of beams at it but missed. It then rammed at them and caused everyone to crash. Alex took the moment to steal back the Flute and blew into it. A high-pitched sound came from it and Dialga froze. It stop attacking everything and turned toward Alex. Alex heard a voice and looked around.
“What’s wrong?” Terry asked.
“Didn’t you hear that?”
Terry shook his head. Everyone else did too. Alex turned back to Dialga. It gave him a small nod. Alex followed Mark’s instructions and began to play the flute. Dialga seemed to regain its energy and the buildings that were destroyed were repaired. Akira and the man from the forest appeared.
“I see you were right. The man said to Mark.
The metal box began to whirl and click. The box opened and two dark, red glowing eyes were seen inside. An icy blue beam was fired from inside and hit Dialga. A robotic Dialga stepped out and gave a sharp, mechanical roar. It flew into Dialga and crashed with it into a building. Dialga bit into Cyber Dialga’s neck and swung it down. The two fought for a while until more helicopters appeared. Cyber Dialga swung its tail at them; causing many of them spiral out of control.
“Alex! Play the flute to give Dialga more power and commands!”
The helicopters were the PDF. Mark told Alex what to do as the others tried to stop the helicopters from crashing. Dialga used Roar of Time and Cyber Dialga fell. Dialga had thought it had won, but it began to repair itself as best as it could. It stood back up and had many parts of it missing like its neck was missing a chunk. Dialga tacked it and stomped on it, causing more damage. Alex played the flute and Dialga’s diamond shined brightly. Cyber Dialga fired another icy blue beam and got up. Dialga’s diamond continued to glow and Dialga’ roar echoed throughout the city.
Everyone in the helicopters was safe began to battle with the grunts in the city. Shadow Squad had arrived and went to Alex too see if they could help.
“I think he’ll be fine. Just help out here!” Aaron told them.
Some of them stayed while the others went to help Alex. The battle went back and forth for a while but the PDF were able to pull ahead.
A dark colored Lucario watched the battle from a roof above. A shiny Scizor was also with it. The two nodded to each other and jumped down to join the fight.
