I'm assuming you mean territorial. Dump them in Alabama. I'm just going to attack all out, one-by-one, the following states:
- First, Mississippi
- Next, Tennesse
- Then, Arkansas
Obviously, if I run out of armies, skip the fortify phase.

Put them all in Idaho. Then move 2 from California to Nevada, and another 2 from California to Arizona

Well, this isn't good. I'm sandwhiched between two forces who both want me dead, and no matter which one I go after, I'll have another enemy in that direction if I defeat them. My only hope appears to be to attempt to destroy either shampoo or Zyflair and use their cards to save myself from annihalation. Well, Zyflair has less armies remaining, and they are all grouped in ones so only 1 die will be rolled.

All 10 armies go into Missouri, then Texas attacks Arkansas.
