So, Dark Void, what are you chances of attacking SE states if I don't attack the South states?

The only action I'm sure of is I'm probably going to finish Bippa and get the plains. If none of the three fighting for the east (TPO3, batui, and you) attack me I won't pick sides in that fight, so the answer to your question is pretty much zero, for a while anyway.

The only I'm inclined to finish is TPO3, for taking mah SE states.
