I'd like to start off by saying sorry to Shampoo. However, I beg you to look at this my way. If all goes well, at the end of my turn Bippa's only remaining state would be Alaska. Since Alaska is within your territory, the only things I could do without breaking the alliance would be sitting still and not doing anything or attacking Zyflair, neither of which sounds particularly appealed for me because if/when you defeat Bippa, you would have no where to go except for through me. As such, I shall take the first strike.

Wyoming attacks Colorado, but only with 2 dice.

I'd like to move all 9 to Idaho then have Idaho attack Montana until Montana is taken or Idaho's armies drop below 6. Also, I said it but I'm not sure if you calculated it, if not, use Wisconsin to attack Michigan until Michigan is taken or Wisconsin's armies fall below 3.

That's some lucky rolls with Wisconsin vs. Michigan, I'll move all 4 armies. I'll then move all 6 of Idaho's armies to Montana and attack North Dakota until I take it. After that I'd like an updated map, please.
