Hey, hey. Just a quick question of Pokemon TCG terminology. The phrase 'Going Rouge", what does it mean? Srry if the question is stupid :p , but thanks to any answers.

It means playing a rogue deck, which is a deck that isn't played very often. Especially a deck you came up with on your own.

Rogue is generally a term given to decks that aren't top tier or meta decks, like Luxchomp or Jumpluff for example. Here is an example:

Tier 1/Meta deck: Luxchomp

Rogue: Wailord

We all know Luxchomp is good, but not all of us know about Wailord. That isn't to say that Rogues aren't bad. All decks are "Rogue" at one point. Even Luxchomp, a deck that is arguably the BDIF was a rogue at one point.

Did you mean "that isn't to say rogues are bad"?

No many rouges such as Charizard and sabelock are very good decks.

Obvously many rogue decks are bad, and many decks, such as Luxchomp, are popular because they are good for winning tornaments. But having a "rogue deck" is more an individuality thing than anything else. For example, I've actually tried making anti-Luxchomp decks because I was so sick of their extensive use at tornaments. However different that deck was compared to the 6/20-something players' Luxchomp decks, it wasn't very good......

Yes, thats what I was talking about. But, charizard still is.

no, charizard isnt. it isnt rogue if many people know what it is. It is teir 2-3 maybe 4, meaning it isnt rogue

Going rogue would mean that you are switching from a popular deck such as Jumpluff to a unplayed non thought of deck such as Kingdra Politoed restructure palkia.
