Well, I have been having fun Role Playing on Marriland and I wanted to bring some of MY role plays to the Beach. Only problem is there is no RP Forum. I was and am disappointed because Roleplaying is one of my favourite things to do on Marriland (Seeing as my Wi-Fi USB is busted ^_^). I would love to bring two of my role plays to the Beach.

Writing Corner is for fanfics.

Roleplaying has never caught on in our forum. That's why we don't have a specific forum for it. You could try making a roleplay thread in the Game Corner. I doubt it would catch on though; the kids at this site have no interest and/or patience for RP. I think they'll play it anyhow too.

I did not mean that children do not RP. It's just that the members here, who just so happen to be children, don't like to RP.

You can always try though. I never got the concept of RPs, so you might have to explain to the people here that most likely have no idea about it.

I'm for it. Role playing is pretty much intelligent discussion in itself - noobish behavior is absolutely unacceptable. It is most definitely not spam. However, it's like Noobnerd said - there hasn't been much of a need for an entire subforum since there is little general interest in role playing.

However, it may be that those who are interested have simply kept quiet because there really isn't a place for them to role play, and no one wants to step forward and ask for a place of their own.

If you'd like to start your own role playing thread, stick it in the Game Corner for now. Make sure you outline general guidelines of what role playing is, how to successfully do so, things to avoid such as godmodding (I am completely guilty of this), etc. Perhaps if interest increases, we'll see about getting it its own subforum, but that likely won't happen for a long time.
