2 Magby

The deck basics are to get Yanmega and Roserade out, with Roserade on the Bench. Roserade inflicts Poison/Confusion to the Active, while Yanmega dishes out damage to the benched guys. Vileplume is to prevent Switches and basic Trainer control. Magby is for late game garaunteed burn as well as a stopper to Kingdra Prime's Dragon Steam attack. Leafeon is tech against Umbreon UD/CL, and a powerhouse hitter if necessary.

I'm not sure what to remove, but I would start with the leafeon as you could just poison/confuse umbreon with roserade and snipe the bench with yanmega as usual. so:
-1-1 leafeon

I would add in at least 1 cleffa for bad starts and 1 tyrogue to counter your opponents' babies.
