Is there a place where you can find Japanese decklists such as the other ones in the tournament?

Not unless you can read japanese or speak it and have japanese friends.

http://sipcup.diarynote.jp/201201301918327305/
and
http://ptcg.creatures.co.jp/

they are probably others, but they're a pain to find when you don't speak a word of japanese...

... which is why I use google translate and http://kanjidic.com/ to convert the stuff to english.

A few things I want to point out about the two links posted above is that Sipcup post decklists from their local tournament which can consist of about 20 to 40 people. They are also pretty much a tournament blog for the Organizer to say that they are having a tournament, after thoughts of the tournament, the results from the tournaments and sometimes the deck lists as well. For PTCG blog, their websites does have plethora of information and deck lists. Although, many of those deck lists are pretty experimental. For the top 16 I posted up that have been circulating I got from http://seedot.diarynote.jp/201205071928038365/. If you look around his actual blog he will discuss his tournament results and his thoughts about cards and how they can work. Another one is http://pcgn.pokemon-card.com/blog/index.html which contains tournament results of the top 4 and their decks (most times the 1st place winners deck lists). They also have Q&A that answers a lot of players questions concerning the game.
