Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
5. How's the artwork?
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
60 HP for a basic is normal... but one that doesn't evolve? Lame. Resistance is good with Garchomp C still out and about, and weakness sucks since it gets OHKO'd by Umbreon. Retreat is average, too.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
The Pokepower is the only reason I'd use it, however the attack would be useful against Grinders.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Research Record or whatever its called, Scry 4 (MTG term, I know...) and put something you don't need and switch it with one of your prizes you've already looked at with Azelf or Lithograph
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
There are way too many weak points about this one... Its not safe on the bench (Unless you Bench Shield) and its HP is way low.
5. How's the artwork?
I love it. I love Rotom though, so I'm biased. Too bad they nerfed the typing in Black and White, I used it mainly for switch-ins.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
I'd give it a 2/5. Its useful for some funny combos (which is my play style), but overall it's just not worth it.

1. Analyze the stats of the card.
average stats. 60 hp is Average-Decent, Everything else is average.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
its power can be useful. especially after an Alph/Azelf. but i use it for its attack its a good sniper. But in the "meta" which is about speed and low energy its pretty bad.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
I use it with Tentacruel, and Lanturn LA. to stack energy on an enemies High hp pokemon. drop a rotom then do big damage for 1 energy. but for power its best used with ALPH, and azelf.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
not much really. anything that reduces retreat cost. but thats it.

5. How's the artwork?
3/5 its ok nothing special but not bad.

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
4/5 i really like it. but in the "metagame" its pretty bad. but might be the only replacement for Azelf.

1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
60hp for a pokemon that doesn't evolve isn't good. Darkness weakness is ok, the only card I can think of just now that benefits from this is Umbreon UD which can now OHKO it but there's probably others in the next format. Resistance to colourless is nice, but won't stop a Dragon Rush. One retreat cost is decent, especially since few pokemon next format have no retreat cost. Being Lightning Type gives it type advantage over cards like Gyarados and Yanmega Prime but it's attack lets it down.

2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
It's attack, for one lightning energy, does 20 damage for each energy on the defending pokemon. This attack isn't that great just now, for example, the two decks I mentioned above will most likely try to attack for no energy so you can't even damage them. SP pokemon use very little energy (most will have one or two energy on them), and the most popular pokemon that attack using 3 or more energy now can easily defeat Rotom.

If this card has any use, it's "Mischivous Trick" which swaps the top card of your deck with one of your prizes. If you can find out what your prizes are, this is good, as you can pick up any card at any time from your prizes in exchange for the top card of your deck. But I think the problems outweigh the benefits. First, it can be sprayed, and if you urgently need one of the cards in the prizes, that could be decisive. Second, unless you also know the top card of your deck, it's a big gamble as you might be prizing a better card, without knowing it. Third, unless you have a way to get cards later that turn, it could be another turn before you actually get the card. If you'r opponent uses Judge, you could lose that card in your deck and use more resources trying to get it back again.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
A card that lets you see your prizes such as Alph Lithograph 4 or Azelf would help it, and any card that allows you to rearrange the top of your deck (Slowking HGSS, Research Record, Pokedex) so you know what you're getting rid of.

4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
I don't think anything would help it significantly, Unown Q can give it free retreat but that's all I can think of.

5. How's the artwork?
It's OK

6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
In this format, 1.5/5. Azelf is a more superior card and it's attack won't leave a dent in this format. However, it might have some place in a HGSS format. With Azelf gone, this is the only card that can let you take cards from your prizes, and it could counter decks that rely on getting out lots of energy on your pokemon (such as Roserade UL, Tangrowth COL) if they become popular. It won't be as popular as Azelf though, since it's slower and less reliable.

Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
60 Hp for a basic is ok the weakness is terrible with Umbreon and T-Tar resistence is ok and retreat is nice.
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
The Poke-Power is awesome the attack is nice for hitting things on the bench like Steelix Primes or Scizors in the making.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Alph Lithograph to take a look at your prizes before you switch them.
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
Machamp prime of a good fighting type pokemon would work
5. How's the artwork?
Awesome I love the Artwork
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
I give it a 3.8/5

Guiding questions:
1. Analyze the stats of the card (HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat cost).
its average for a basic. not bad, but really shouldn't have any problem
2. Analyze the attacks (and/or Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies) of the card.
Pokepower is awsome, it will be the next azelf. just play with a alp lith. (look at prize cards)
3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
POKEPOWER=TIMEWALK
4. What techs can you use to combat the weak points?
A good deck should combat weak points.
5. How's the artwork?
7/10, t goes with the rest of the set where it looks like a painting.
6. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
9/10 for its pokepower unlike azelf, you can move around energy, stadiums, "items," (trainers) and supporters. Or if you like basic idea, just use for pokemon.
